We conduct thorough pursuit of our products and are capable of ultra-precision machining that is difficult with conventional machining.
Since our establishment, we have primarily provided advanced technology through the manufacturing of precision machined parts, with a particular focus on thorough pursuit of product quality. ■ High Precision We are capable of micron processing after hardening through grinding of flat surfaces, inner diameters, and outer diameters. In the ultra-precision field, we also manufacture master gauges and other items, achieving sub-micron precision through the skilled hand finishing of experienced craftsmen. We accommodate ultra-precision machining, which is difficult with conventional machining, in a perfectly temperature and humidity-controlled environment. ■ Design Technology We design and manufacture measurement and inspection jigs tailored to our customers' needs. (We handle all aspects of design, machining, assembly, and adjustment in-house.)
